The legislative session starts on January 12th which is nearly a month away. Bills will start getting filed and numbered on that day. Cathy Engel a Research Analyst for the Senate Democratic Caucus will keep us up to date on the bill that's being introduced to change way guardians control a wards contact with family and friends.
