Ginger Lotts abusive guardian according to NASGA

The Judge just signed to allow Ginger Lott to have $4025.00 for abusing my mother and giving her harmful drugs. ORDERED THAT COMPENSATION IN THE SUM OF $4,025.00 BE PAID TO GINGER LOTT BY WELLS FARGO, FROM FUNDS OF THE 1301 MANAGEMENT TRUST. SIGNED 8/29/14. - Sherry Johnston

29 years ago I met a beautiful soul, Jim. I call him brother; Jim has an Intellectual disability. My parents adopted Jim and brought him into our home when he was five years of age. After 27 years of marriage our parents divorced and dad ended up remarrying. In 2013 our father died of complications of his military service (i.e. Agent Orange) and left his current wife as legal Guardian of Jim. My mother never gave up her rights to her son.

This issue enabled me to become an advocate for the disabled and elderly as well as those being alienated from their loved ones. I've personally devoted countless hours reaching out and informing others of this issue.

Lets give the voiceless a voice.
