After a year and a half I finally found someone willing to fight for Jim and received one of the best updates so far. Senator Rob Hogg has asked for help from the Bar Association that will hopefully change the current laws in regards to guardianship. He's working with others to create a provision that will allow the family members of the Ward to petition the court to award visitation. Currently, there are no provisions in this law leaving family members hopeless...
This is a gigantic step.. #FREEJimmy
