Karen Federighi and Guardian Kathy Johnson. #FreeKarenFederighi #KathyJohnson #FL

Karen Federighi is a 57 year old woman, she is not incapacitated but was forced into guardianship. She wants her freedom back that was taken away. Her unscrupulous guardian is in control of Karen's money and life. Her guardian is also a felon! How can a felon control someone's life when they couldn't even control their own life.

Social Security Fraud: Kathy Johnson Florida Guardian. #FreeKarenFederighi #KathyJohnson

I do not condone fraud and illegal activity and adamantly refuse to be a part of it.

Kathy Johnson, NCG License Professional Guardian FL Day 276 #FreeKarenFederighi #KathyJohnson

Day 276: Wards of all ages in abusive probate guardianships are denied a healthy diet and often suffer from malnutrition and significant weight loss. From 01/22/16-03/23/16, I had to pawn my possessions for food. From 03/23/16-present, 2 of every 3 of my meals consist of the hotel's free breakfast, which is great if one is on a vacation and has no dietary restrictions. So, I treat myself to one healthy meal per day. Today, I made pineapple and sweet potato latkes with avocado for dinner. Today, my abusive guardian refused to give me my own money to buy more food. Have to stretch the $7 I have left. Thankful I get to eat this meal while watching the World Series. Go Cubs!

Karen Federihi BSN RN from Naples, Florida has been held beyond her wishes by "Professional" Guardian Kathy Johnson.

Day 277: My court appointed guardian is determined to commit Social Security Disability Fraud by enrolling me against my wishes. I have never qualified for it as I am healthy, able, and more than willing to support myself. On 08/26/16, Kathy E Johnson NCG delivered a FULL FARE bus Pass to the hotel. Proof she knows damn well I'm not disabled.

Taking Control of Our Human Rights: Falk ~ NASGA Human Rights Visitation Bill Gains Momentum.

Taking Control of Our Human Rights
Falk ~ NASGA Human Rights Visitation Bill Gains Momentum

Interviews Available Now.
Also Available for Live In-Studio Interviews in the Maryland area Tuesday, February 16th!
Adult guardianship/conservatorship can be a double-edged sword because the proceedings created to protect our incapacitated citizens can also expose them to exploitation from their court-appointed guardians and conservators. How can we safeguard adult protected persons who are currently falling through the cracks? How about those whose guardians/conservators wrongfully deny them visitation with their family and friends?

Glen Campbell’s Son Travis Campbell and The Daughter of the Late Peter Falk, Known as “Columbo” are speaking out about the Importance of Adult Visitation Legislation Which Coincides with the Push of the Peter Falk Bill.

**To schedule an interview, please respond to this e-mail message or contact Don Bischoff at (813) 792-2181.

Having worked in the jails as a Probation Officer, Catherine Falk witnessed felons who had visitation rights on weekends, access to telephone calls, the ability to send and receive mail, and proper medical care while she studied thousands of cases of wards who’s fundamental and civil liberties have been violated and exploited as they live in isolation, over-medicated, while their bank accounts are depleted.

She would ask herself why we treat far too many prisoners better than our elders or adult disabled population in America. She would wonder why we don’t guardianize the homeless. It seems as though we don’t guardianize the homeless because there is no money attached to them but many of our vulnerable elders and adult disabled population with money seem to be moving targets in a very flawed system.

Catherine decided to broaden her scope beyond just an adult child seeking visitation with an ailing parent but for all wards in isolation within Conservatorships/Guardianships exposed to abusive guardians who isolate our loved ones. Now Travis Campbell is in the same predicament. He too is in a fight for his right to see his ailing father Glen.

How can we put an end to this isolation that continues to impact society as a whole? The mission is to go to every state in this country to pass a very important Bill/Law protecting the rights of families, specifically when a family member is being isolated from his/her loved ones or there is elder abuse involved. Let’s all join together to make this bill a reality!

Meet Travis Campbell
Glen Campbell’s son Travis Campbell is fighting for visitation rights to see his ailing father in the state of Tennessee. He is a strong supporter of the Peter Falk Bill legislation for visitation rights!

Meet Catherine Falk
Catherine Falk is the Pioneer of the Peter Falk Bill. The Catherine Falk Organization is a NOT FOR/NO Profit Organization lobbying & drafting human rights visitation legislation with legislators in all states & the ULC.

Catherine is available to elaborate on this bill and the following observations:

* Empowering protected persons’ right to make their own decisions as to who they want to visit with, or don’t
* Stipulating if the protected person is unable to express his/her preference due to a physical or mental condition, then consent may be presumed based on the protected person’s proven prior relationship history with the person requesting visitation
* Requiring guardians/conservators to seek a court order to restrict or prohibit visitation in those circumstances where the person requesting to visit poses a threat or danger to the protected person
* Encumbering those guardians/conservators who wrongfully isolate protected persons, while not encumbering guardians /conservators’ ability to protect their wards when protection is necessary
* Providing accountability (including possible removal) for those guardians/conservators who isolate protected persons without a court order or against a court order
* Conducting an emergency hearing if the protected person’s health is in significant decline or death may be imminent. In these circumstances supervised visitation is allowed until the hearing and subsequent court ruling.
