Visitation for adult ward under guardianship in Iowa. James Perry Davis #SF306 law.

For two and a half years I've been alienated from someone I love. I call him brother. This is too long to be away from someone you care for due to the wishes of a Guardian.

And on July 1, 2015 #SF306 which is also referred to as the James Perry Davis Law will go in effect in Iowa. On the 2nd of July a hearing is set for #Visitation in hopes to free my brother from being alienated and to encourage other states to follow suit.
