The Court has received and reviewed the Motion to Continue hearing to a date after August 9th filed by the attorney for the Guardian and has also reviewed the resistance filed by Misty Davis. The Court finds that the hearing should be continued because attorney Arbuckle is going to be out of state on the scheduled date, but should not be continued for the period of time requested by Mr. Arbuckle.
Hearing is scheduled for thirty minutes. If the hearing cannot be completed in that amount of time, the hearing time will be used for a pretrial conference.
Hearing is scheduled on 07/17/2015 at 1:45 PM at the Washington County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Washington, Iowa.
